A community-wide effort to recruit more mentors and connect them with children and youth.

Vision
That every child has a responsible, caring mentor and knows that someone believes in them.

Mission
To connect more children with mentors and to secure the necessary resources and services to increase the capacity of mentoring programs.

Goals

Establish Charleston as an example of a "Mentoring North Star" to the nation’s other cities.
Build a network between mentoring programs to increase their capacity to add more mentors.
Move together towards a shared goal to connect more kids with a mentor.
